My daughter and I recently booked a holiday to Dubai, a holiday of a lifetime, through Sarah McCulley and I have to say that the level of service was just awesome.
From booking the holiday right through to actually departing, I was kept in touch all along about the government changes and how this would affect me, including indicative timescales in which to act on.
When we got there, the hotel was exactly as billed and just perfect, one of the most single one stop shop services I have ever had.
I have subsequently booked two more luxury holidays through her, and many more to come.
She is just “on it” and extremely competent at her job, and makes you feel extremely special as a customer, which is very rare to find these days.
