We booked our second holiday with Sarah in 2020 having received excellent service from her with our previous holiday in Tasmania.
We told her that we wanted to have a two week tour of New Zealand in a camper van and then fly to the Gold Coast to meet up with our son and his wife and our granddaughter.
After looking forward to spending ten days with our family, we had then arranged to fly onto Thailand for six days before flying back home.
Sarah was brilliant and always on hand to discuss our travel arrangements. She tailor-made our perfect holiday and she dealt quickly and efficiently with any queries we had.
We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday in New Zealand that Sarah had arranged for us but unfortunately due to the Coronavirus emergency situation, we found ourselves struggling to get back home. It was quickly becoming apparent that borders across the globe were closing rapidly.
Sarah was marvellous, a real life saver. She made herself available to us by phone and email 24/7 and she worked tirelessly to ensure that we were booked on a flight from New Zealand back to the UK.
We cannot praise her enough.
She definitely came to our rescue then, and again when were back in the UK when both our insurance companies refused to help us claim back money for our flights, hotels, etc. Sarah helped us and she managed to sort out some compensation for us in relation to cancelled flights/ hotels which we were very grateful for.
We were sorry not to have been able to meet up with our son and his wife and our granddaughter on the Gold Coast but they had their flights cancelled too.
We will definitely be booking our next international holiday with Sarah. She not only provides an excellent service but she can also be relied upon to go above and beyond in ensuring that not only will you experience an amazing holiday but also that she can be relied upon to ensure that you will get the best and safest service when booking with her.
